在留カードの写真について！
令和8年6月14日の改正入管法の施行に伴い、在留カードの様式が一新されました。
1 在留カード発行日において本人の年令が1歳以上である場合、在留カードの顔写真の表示される。
上1は、在留カードを発行する際に1歳以上であれば在留カードの顔社員が表示される様に
なりました。
入管法が改正される前は1歳から16歳未満の在留外国人の顔写真の提出は要しないとなっていました。
何故、該当年齢者の写真を在留カードの顔写真を表示するのか？
2 出入国在留管理庁のシステム・体制変更により在留外国人の管理を厳格化する為。
上2は、今や、日本に在留する外国人が約413万人となり個々の在留外国人の管理を徹底する為。
今や、在留外国人労働者の存在は日本社会では欠かせない状況です。
