セクハラ裁判にて判決が出ました。
詳細は。。。
1 年上男性同僚が40代女性同僚に対して、【ちゃん付け】・【体形良いよね】と言われ続けた。
2 被害女性は鬱病と診断されて、その後退職した。
3 加害男性は会社より厳重注意処分を受けた。
4 加害男性は【ちゃん付け】は親しみの表現としたが、被害女性へ不快感を与えたと判断された。
5 東京地方裁判所から【許与される限度を超えた違法ハラスメント】として認定された。
6 加害男性に対して22万円の支払を命じられた。
所謂、セクシュアル・ハラスメントの事案です。
セクハラが社会問題となり、企業内でセクハラに関するセミナー・セクハラ防止の連絡・相談体制
の構築がされてきました。
企業内でのセクハラ問題が未だに発生するのか？
7 昭和世代の男性社員一部がセクハラに対する認識が無い。
8 企業内のセクハラの連絡・相談体制が無い若しくは稼働していない。
上7は、セクハラに対する認識が無いので女性に無意識にセクハラ行為をします。
上8は、セクハラに連絡・相談体制が設置されていても対応出来ない。
セクハラは本来、企業内で解決すべき事項です。
セクハラ問題が裁判になる事で対外的な企業の信用性を失墜させる懸念があります。
今や、企業内ではセクハラ・カスハラ・モラハラ等のハラスメントが発生している事から
ハラスメントの対応部署の設立と対応が求められます。
