セクハラによる企業内での影響について！
1 セクハラに対する認識が深まった。
2 男性からの女性に対する対応(言動・行動)が変わった。
3 女性からの男性に対する対応(言動・行動)が変わった。
4 セクハラによる社員同士での認識が変わった。
上1は、セクハラ防止研修等により、社員間でのセクハラに対する認識が深まった。
上2は、男性から女性に対する発言・行動に対しての認識と警戒感が深まった。
上3は、女性が男性からの発言・行動の全てに過敏若しくは過剰反応を示すようになった。
上4は、セクハラを防止する為の認識が社員同士で深まった。
セクハラ騒動により企業・社員は様々な痛手を負いました。
5 男性から女性に対する話し方・態度を注意しないとセクハラとして訴えられる。
6 女性は常にセクハラの被害者であるとの認識が蔓延する。
7 女性社員の勤務態度・服装・容姿に対して指導が困難なった。
8 男性社員と女性社員との間に不必要な緊張感が発生する。
上5は、男性社員は常にセクハラ防止を認識した上での女性社員への話し方・態度を強いらる。
上6は、勤務上の指導であっても女性社員がセクハラと勘違いする恐れがある。
上7は、企業・仕事上で必要且つ社会人としての指導がセクハラと勘違いされる恐れがある。
上8は、セクハラ防止を認識した話し方・態度が常に求められ、男性社員に不必要な緊張感を
常に強いられます。
企業・社員にとって、セクシャルハラスメント防止は重要事項です。
女性社員からの男性社員への逆セクハラが発生しており、ハラスメント問題は複雑且つ困難に
成りつつあります。
