在留資格決定時における専門家の確認について！
改正後の要件として。。。
1 新規事業計画について経営に関する専門的知識を有する者の確認を義務化。
上1は、在留資格決定時に担当する事業及びこれからの新規事業計画について専門的知識を
持っている者の確認を義務付けました。
在留資格(経営・管理)決定時に経営者としての該当業界に関する専門的知識の有無を確認する事
を義務化する事で所謂、なりすましによる在留資格取得・更新を防ぎます。
在留資格(経営・管理)の許可基準の別基準には経営者の経歴・学歴の記載条項があるので経営者
としての実務経験・最終学歴(大学・大学院等)を確認する事が出来ます。
在留外国人の増加により在留手続の煩雑化及び処理件数の増加が問題になっています。
今回の改正は在留資格取得・在留期間更新許可申請等時に必要且つ重要な申請者を優先する為の
対応となります。
