セルフレジ！
近年、コンビニ・スーパーマーケット・回転寿司チェーン店で普及しています。
何故？
1 少子化高齢化による労働力減少と人件費高騰。
2 コロナ禍による消費者が非接触・非対面のサービスを求める。
3 セルフレジの価格が安くなり、導入しやすくなった。
上1は、少子高齢化による労働力人口の減少による多くの業界での人手不足の状態です。
又、最低賃金の高騰により人件費(時間給)の負担が大きくなり、経営圧迫の要因となっています。
上2は、コロナ禍の影響による店員との接触を嫌う意識が定着し、非接触・非対面決済の需要が
高まった。
上3は、技術進化によるセルフレジの導入コストの低下した為、中小規模店舗でもセルフレジ導入
を検討された。
昨今のセルフレジ導入はコンビニ・スーパーマーケット・回転寿司チェーン店で展開されており、
支払決済方法として普及しています。
セルフレジには2種類あります。
4 フルセルフフレジ
5 セミセルフレジ
上4は、商品のスキャンから決済まで顧客が実施する。
上5は、商品スキャンは店員が行い、決済は顧客が実施する。
今日はフルセルフレジをアップします！
6 商品のスキャンから決済まで実施するのでレジに従業員を常駐が不要。
7 操作になれていない顧客が時間が掛かる。
8 商品のスキャンをせずに袋詰めする不正行為(万引き)が横行している。
上6は、従業員の常駐しない為、人件費の削減とトラブル発生時に対する対応従業員を配置するので
人員削減と他の部署へ元レジ担当者の配置転換が可能です。
上7は、商品スキャンに慣れていない顧客は処理に時間が掛かる為、セルフレジが混雑します。
上8は、故意に商品スキャンしない行為が行われ、支払を免れる不正行為(万引き)が横行する。
フルセルフレジの導入は人件費削減と余剰人員の配置転換による業務の効率化が出来ます。
但し、フルセルフレジは所謂、性善説に基づく顧客の対応を前提としており、商品スキャンを
故意にしない不正行為(万引き)は想定外の行為であり、フルセルフレジの問題点になっています。
不正行為(万引き)を防止する為にセルフレジコーナーに監視従業員を配置する対応となり無駄と
なります。
又、フルセルフレジにて商品スキャンが出来ない顧客が従業員に商品スキャンから決済まで丸投げ
するケースが起きています。
